Processing time
Frames in stock ship within 1-2 business days. Custom designs are built from scratch, so allow 4-6 business days of production before dispatch.
Shipping
We ship worldwide from Poland. Delivery is typically 2 to 5 business days within the EU and 5 to 14 business days internationally. Every parcel is tracked and insured.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed so your frame arrives safely.
Returns
Standard frames can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Custom-designed frames are made for a single card and cannot be returned. To start a return, email us and we will guide you through it.
Damage in transit
If your frame arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours with a photo of the parcel and the frame.

Important notes and customs
- Other countries outside the EU (for example USA, UK, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Philippines): depending on local regulations, import charges may apply. The checkout display and the destination country rules are decisive.
- Delays: customs processing can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
- Tracking: as soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- Packaging: every parcel is packed to survive the journey safely.
