Your right to cancel or withdraw from a Display Haven order, clearly explained.
14 day withdrawal window
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, on standard collection frames returned in original condition and packaging.
Eligible items
Standard frames from the Display Haven collection are eligible. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original protective packaging.
Custom frames exclusion
Frames designed on request for a specific card are made to order and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, in accordance with EU consumer law on personalised goods.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we refund the item price within 14 days to the original payment method. Return shipping cost is on the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to cancel
Use the cancellation form or write to us directly. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the item. We reply within one business day.
